I'm running UI-View32 v. 1.54 with a TNC2C connected. The TNC2C runs in KISS mode with these settings: Tx delay: 7 (x10msec) Tx tail: 2 (x10msec) Slottime: 5(x10msec) Persist: 64 Although txdelay is set to 70msec it is more like 500-1000msec. Changing the tx delay setting in KISS setup menu doen't show any effect. TX delay is fine when running in WA8DED host mode. Presumably the TNC2C KISS implementation is buggy or different to most TNCs. UI-View32 sends the normal KISS TXD command - C0h 01H ?? C0H - where ?? is the binary value of the KISS TXD in units of 10msec. (See the original KISS document "The KISS TNC: A simple Host-to-TNC communications protocol" by K3MC and KA9Q if you wish to confirm that this is correct.)
