RX frequency coverage expansion (all)
Remove D52,D53,D54and D55

TX Frequency coverage expansion (All)
Add D50 and D63 and remove D48,D49 and D51

Only 5 MHz band exp.
Remove D59

Only 7 MHz band frequency exp.(7.0 - 7.2)
remove D57

Only 7 Mhz band frequency exp. (7.0 - 7.3)
remove D58
