 1- Remove battery and antenna.
 2- Open the radio and locate the Logic Board.
 3-Locate and remove diode D-15 (RX mode).
 4-Locate and remove diode D-14 (TX mode).
 5-Locate the W2 on UHF PLL board next to IC2 near board edge (board # B39219)
 6-Install chip jumper position W2  (800 Rx mode).
 7-Reassemble the radio. 
 8-(Press and hold [B] & [#] and turn power ON.
 
T21 800Mhz = In UHF select ( direct entry 100) and direct enter frequency.
